Risperidone versus other antipsychotics for people with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance misuse

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the effects of risperidone compared to treatment with other antipsychotics (first-generation and other second-generation antipsychotics) used in people with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance misuse.
