Abstract

This paper discusses work in progress aimed at creating a "referee's avatar" that can provide assistance in the evaluation of the content and originality of scientific and technical natural language texts. The first step towards this goal is the systematic classification of text faults. © 2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
