Abstract

In this paper the fuzzy rule-based system for nuclei classification is presented. Firstly, in order to receive proper partition of objects (nuclei) the definition of features which can be used for diagnosis of laryngeal pathology based on contact endoscopy images is described. After the feature selection the fuzzy clustering process is realized. It creates the set of training input-output data pairs which later are used for generation of fuzzy rules by means of the method called learning from examples. © 2008 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
