H.E.Moore, Euterpe oleracea Mart., Mauritia flexuosa L.f. e Orbignya martiana Barb.Rodr.) and one subspontaneo (Elaeis guineensis N. J. Jacquin). Copernicia prunifera and Orbignya martiniana are endemic species. The most frequent species were C. prunifera, A. vulgare and M. flexuosa. C. prunifera is the most used by the local community, explored mainly due to cerifico powder that produces, guaranteeing the income of many families in Ilha Grande Municipality.
