Abstract

Abstrak: Balok beton bertulang merupakan komponen struktur yang menahan beban yang bekerja. Balok yang menjadi bahan simulasi ini memiliki dimensi 300 mm x 550 mm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan simulasi elemen hingga untuk menganalisis strain, stress, dan displacement pada balok beton bertulang. Beban yang dimasukkan yaitu beban hidup, beban mati, beban mati tambahan, dan beban gempa. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai strain yang didapat sebesar 0,3112, nilai stress sebesar 0,64196 kN/m2, dan nilai displacement 0,0760908. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, balok tersebut aman dari kegagalan struktur. Abstract: Reinforced concrete beams are structural components that withstand applied loads. The beam used in this simulation has dimensions of 300 mm x 550 mm. The purpose of this study is to perform finite element simulation to analyze the strain, stress, and displacement in the reinforced concrete beam. The applied loads include live load, dead load, additional dead load, and seismic load. The research results reveal a strain value of 0,3112, a stress value of 0,64196 kN/m2, and a displacement value of 0,0760908. Based on the conducted analysis, the beam is deemed structurally safe from failure.
