Abstract

The proposed objective: to determine the relationship between organizational behavior and productivity. The sample consisted of 15 collaborators, they were provided with 2 instruments previously validated statistically and by expert judgment. The descriptive correlational cross-sectional type of research was proposed as a type of research. The findings found reflect the existence of a strong intensity relationship according to Spearman (.840**). It was also found that organizational behavior is perfectly related to motivation and job satisfaction (r=1), the results showed, they also confirm that there is no relationship between organizational behavior and staff training and development. (r=-.103). It was concluded that the behavior in the organization is closely related to the productivity of the collaborators.
