Abstract

The article reports on the work-related trainings in which employees will remember only 58 percent of the material covered in 30 minutes after the session. Discussed are the five ways in ensuring if video content meets the training requirements which include to make interactivity a core part of the learning videos; to use inside-video search to improve learning efficiency and to make use of mobile for watching and creating videos.
