Museum as a memory carrier of local heritage culture, it is a great significance to the cultural preservation and inheritance of countries and regions. In the 21st century, along with the transformation and development of information technology, digital technology is becoming more and more widely used in museum interactive navigation of information. However, due to the rapid and convenient acquisition method of digital information, it will lead to generalization and over-promotion of information dissemination in interactive navigation design. At the same time, the information formation system is fragment during the information transmission process. Fragmentation of information will weaken the accuracy and systematicity of information dissemination. It will cause difficulties for the audience to form a practical focus in the visiting process of mastering the information, thus causing obstacles to user experience and information collection in the museum. This study was implemented using three methods: observation, questionnaire survey and interview. 1) Based on the museum user experience, determine the application of audience experience needs and preferences in interactive navigation design; 2) evaluate the existing museum information service design and navigation support system integrity And sustainability; 3) find and evaluate the critical factors of user experience in the museum interactive information service; 4) establish an ‘RIRP’ evaluation mode.
