Team leadership has been confirmed to be a key important factor in all the factors influencing team effectiveness. According to Heuristic model of team effectiveness, the research constructs the mediator pattern, team leadership - team process and team status - Team performance. Positive and Negative leadership behavior of team leader is a situational factor which has an influence on team process (team conflict) and team status (group affective tone) and has a final effect on team effectiveness (team innovation performance), and verify the conformity of the model through the following empirical study, for proposing leadership strategies promoting team innovation performance.
