Fascismo e O Conto da Aia: a misoginia como política de Estado

Abstract

Resumo A eleição de Jair Bolsonaro no pleito eleitoral no Brasil em 2018 traz à cena política a reatualização de um discurso com elementos protofascistas. O presente artigo pretende contribuir para a análise deste discurso e as condições de sua materialidade a partir da posse presidencial, em janeiro de 2019. Pretende, ainda, analisar quais impactos este discurso, aliado a uma reforma legislativa e um avanço da bancada evangélica no Congresso Nacional, tem especificamente sobre as mulheres e a possibilidade de uma retirada de direitos, principalmente os direitos sexuais e reprodutivos.Abstract The election of President Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil in 2018 brings to the political scene the update of discourse with protofascist elements. This article intends to contribute to the analysis of this discourse and the conditions around its materiality from the presidential inauguration, in January 2019. The study also observes the discourse’s impacts on women and the possibility of losing rights - especially sexual and reproductive rights - amidst the context of legislative reforms and growth of representatives of religious groups in Brazil’s Congress.
