Abstract

The calibration of the diffracted beam from SR monochromator working in the energy region of 5-30 keV by coplanar two-dimensional multi-beam diffraction is presented in this work. The simulation and numerical calculation of the intensity in the multi-beam channel for the silicon monocrystal monochromators were performed. For the given crystal and the energy sub range the optimal construction is suggested. © 2007 Springer.
