Abstract

This case study shows how S-BPM in combination with other technologies is helpful to increase the agility in software development and implementation. As processes become more agile, companies become more agile. From the perspective of IT-services orchestration and adaptability play a crucial role. From the perspective of the organization of work rules, patterns of behavior and events for dynamic process execution are key enablers of velocity. © 2010 Springer-Verlag.
