Abstract

The integrated thermal management system for a certain type of aircraft was studied. The integrated thermal management system, which takes fuel oil as the main heat sink, thermal protection structure and liquid evaporator as auxiliary heat sink, can comprehensively control and manage the heat of the whole aircraft. The mathematical model for simulation of integrated thermal management system was established. The simulation model of the system was built based on Flowmaster software for calculation. Results show that the system proposed in this paper can meet the overall thermal requirements of the aircraft, and provide a reference for the design of the aircraft integrated thermal management system and its subsystems.
