Abstract

Graphical Abstract (1) Single-cell transcriptomics analysis of HGSOC samples reveals six distinct cell types. (2) Characterization of epithelial cell subclusters identifies novel markers for HGSOC. (3) Subclustering fibroblast cells suggests their functional heterogeneity. (4) Our study also uncovers the JUN pathway and several ligand-receptor signals as potential drivers for HGSOC.
