Abstract

Recently the modern distance learning expands rapidly in our country, and it has made a huge progress. It's most remarkable social value is providing the material base for the establishment a studied society. It also can obviously improve the survival condition of the minority groups and promote the social justice, and train the new talented person for the society at the same time. But for the new educational reform,we must determine the developmental strategy based on a new point. The objective research is also a newer task to educate the current worker for a healthy and sustained development of the distance learning. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH Berlin Heidelberg.
