Abstract

The patient is a 40-year-old female with a prior history of palpitations and is being medically managed for mild hypertension. The episodes became more frequent 2 months prior to the time of ablation. The ECG recordings were taken while the patient was having palpitations. The ECG revealed both orthodromic and antidromic tachycardia. Where is the likely position of the AP? © Springer-Verlag London Limited 2011.
