Big data technology can high-speed, efficient, multi-dimensional analysis of real-time data of devices, predict fault equipment. The paper builds a big data analysis platform based on the Aster database, performs ETL on shield construction data, and synchronizes data from cloud server to platform. Using mode of correlation analysis and auto-grouping model, the data of Hongmei South Road shield engineering was analyzed. The result is presented visually. The abnormal detection rule of automatic motor current is implemented to provide decision support for equipment preventive maintenance.
