Sheep (Ovies aries) is one type of livestock source of animal protein that is widely kept by the community. Sheep are classified in the phylum Chordata (animals with vertebrates), the class Mammals (mammals), the order Artiodactyla (random animals), the family Bovidae (ruminants). The number of diseases in livestock can cause considerable economic losses for farmers in particular and the wider community in general. Because many livestock diseases that not only attack livestock but can also be transmitted to humans are called "ZOONOSIS" diseases. Popular research methods used in expert systems include Naïve Bayes and Certainty Factor, Fuzzy K Nearest Neighbor (F-KNN), Bayes theorem and Certainty Factor. Which will be used in this research is Bayes' Theorem and Certainty Factor. Bayes' theorem is a theorem with two different interpretations. While Certainty Factor states belief in an event in accordance with the evidence and judgment of an expert. This method uses a value in assuming the degree of confidence of an expert in a data.
