Abstract

Objective: The design of interaction interface for the elderly user experience has been studied at home and abroad, but in the design of interaction waiting interface, there is a lack of research on the vulnerable group of the elderly. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between the elderly user experience and the design of interactive waiting interface, and optimize the current elderly user experience in interactive waiting. Methods: to use the method of user experience and user behavior characteristics analysis to make a comprehensive analysis of the elderly’s physiology and psychology, and to combine with the design principles of interactive waiting interface. Results: through the experiment, we can get the emotional effect In order to improve the user experience of the elderly users in the process of interactive waiting, it is better to reduce the time perception of the elderly users in the process of interactive waiting.
