Abstract

Supply Chain Management is the integration of the activities of procuring raw materials and services, converting them into semi-finished goods and final products, and delivering final products to customers. This study was carried out at PT. X Sukoharjo, a company that specializes in the manufacturing and wholesale distribution of packing materials. Employees at PT X Indonesia used the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach to assess the company's Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance using interviews and questionnaires. Based on data analysis, the SCM performance value of PT. X Sukoharjo's single-face product is 76.14, indicating that the company's overall SCM performance is in good shape. Raw Material Inspection Time, with a Snorm De Boer value of 25, Material Efficiency, with a Snorm De Boer value of 58.06, and Timely Delivery of Products, with a Snorm De Boer value of 55.56, are three indicators with bad values. The findings of this study can be utilized to determine and improve indicator values in order to improve supply chain performance.
