Abstract

A description is given of a new laser version of the A. A. Michelson-E. W. Morley experiment, in which the authors achieved a sensitivity DELTA c/c equals (1. 5 plus or minus 2. 5) multiplied by 10** minus **1**5. This appears to constitute the most precise test of special relativity yet realized.
