Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. Main objective. To assess the effects of different models of delivering primary or specialist health care (or both) to older adults living in aged care facilities (ACFs). Secondary objective. To assess the cost-effectiveness of these different models of health care in ACFs.
