Abstract

Although the legal requirements for Web accessibility are spreading world-wide, and mobile devices are common-place nowadays, support to standards and accessibility by the mainstream industry is still sloppy. This paper analyzes the limitations of existing evaluation and repair tools and presents a new tool developed by the authors to overcome existing limitations and support the industry by the implementation of quality assurance processes that include accessibility. © Springer-Verlag 2004.
