Abstract

Nitrogen was injected into the bath at rates of 50 similar 1330 (cm**3/sec, 1 atm). An equation describes the effects of liquid physical properties on the average size of bubbles in the swarms. The equation is used to estimate the average size of bubbles rising in molten iron.
