Abstract
Things did not go as per plan for Prosenjit Roy Choudhury whose childhood dream was to follow his father's footsteps and become a Pilot; unfortunately, he failed in the medical examination. After school, he joined the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Bhopal and later became the CEO of Barbeque Nation.
