The research on the impact of project communication to project performance

Abstract

The data of the relations between project communication and project performance can be collected by questionnaire. Then SPSS software was used to analysis the data. The research shows that project communication has the most significant impact on project schedule. And different project communication factors have the different impacts on project performance. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
