Abstract

John Bellamy Foster analyzes the origins and context of the war in Ukraine, as well as the interests of the United States and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (nato) that support it, which in some way also originate it. Likewise, he reflects on nuclear supremacy, the policies that the United States, Russia, and China have followed on this issue, and what is at stake for the world with the war in Ukraine in this regard.
