Abstract

Robotics is one of the most potential scientific domains. Functions similar to a human arm can be performed by a robotic arm which acts as a robotic manipulator. The most essential feature of a robotic manipulator is the number of joints which enables it to move in a particular direction. The model proposed various applications of robotic arm using machine learning. The model contains a camera that captures the images which is used for either sorting or recognition. Based on these images the robotic arm can differentiate between objects. Raspberry Pi B+ which is an openly available Linux board and Arduino are used for the processing. Raspberry Pi and Arduino are used along with wireless module where Raspberry Pi acts as the brain of robotic arm. It processes the data by using machine learning and Arduino sends the signals to all the motors of the arm thus controlling its movements as well as speed. Inception classifier is used for classification of various objects.
