Abstract

Two-pulse four-wave mixing experiments at various excitation intensities and temperatures enable the contributions of exciton-exciton and exciton-phonon scattering to exciton dephasing to be separated. We identify the dominant phonon mode, and estimate thehomogeneous linewidth.
