According to the United Nations’ Department of Economics and Social Affairs, the population of the world in 2050 will be 9.7 billion. Around 75% of residents will be living in cities. As space is limited, the construction of Tall Building is the necessity of time. In this study, different locations of shear walls and Visco-Elastic Dampers were considered in G + 60 R.C.C. framed building. P-Delta effects are considered for the analysis of the building. Etabs16 is used for analyzing and designing of the structure. Due to use of Shear walls and Dampers combination, around 40% decrease in displacement and story drift values were observed.
