Abstract

In this interview, G. William Domhoff, author of the classic book Who Rules America?, recounts the genesis of that book and the development of power structure research since the 1960s. Who Rules America? has been frequently updated in both its theory and empirical information, including a seventh edition in 2014 (Domhoff, Who rules America?, New York: McGraw-Hill, (2014)).
