Eukiefferiella bedmari n. sp., nouvelle espèce à répartitionméditerranéenne (Diptera, Chironomidae)

Abstract

The adult male and pupa of a new species Eukiefferiella bedmari n. sp. collected from the river Guadalquivir (Sierrade Cazorla) in Southern Spain are described. The mediterranean distribution of the species is defined. Its systematic position in relation to the Cardiocladius-Eukiefferiella complex is discussed. © Masson, 1987.
