Abstract

Practice ability of the undergraduates majored in Marketing plays an important role in the process of cultivating their employability. But in many colleges and universities, the practice teaching has been a weak link in the teaching, especially since the popularization of higher education, the community's voices about poor practical ability of undergraduates majored in Marketing has gotten more and more loudly. So it is necessary for colleges and universities to reform the practical teaching method. According to the rules of teaching reform, this paper proposes to transform the education concept, train double-qualified teachers, increase the investment on training base, strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise, reform the practical teaching method to improve the practice ability of the undergraduates. So that it can provide beneficial reference for cultivating the practice ability of the undergraduates majored in Marketing. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
