Abstract

One of the major challenges for organizations in general and the tourism sector in particular is the implementation of an information system (IS) that responds effectively to business requirements while controlling its impacts on productivity and performance. However, the current economic and technological evolution of the current market, the compliance with laws and regulations as well as the potential risks of the environment, impose iterative challenge of the IS. Hence the need for an omnipresence of the governance of information systems (GSI).
