Research on the Teaching Model of College English Autonomous Learning in the Environment of Internet

Abstract

With the deep application of Internet in the field of college English reform, a new teaching model of college English autonomous learning in the Internet is applied in this study. The new teaching model emphasizes the application of cognitive strategy and monitoring strategy when the English autonomous learning is conducted online and offline. The different notions and different performances of students between new teaching model and traditional model are discussed in this paper.
