There are a lot of problems leading to the loss of profits because of less strategic alignments and non-standardization in application, technology and data in Digital Transformation in global corporations. The above problems are crucial ones for Enterprise Architecture to minimize risks in Digital Transformation in global corporations. Therefore, the author hypothesizes that the Resiliency Architecture model—the Risk Management with Architecture Board for Digital Transformation can be effective for mitigating risks for Digital Transformation in terms of full lifecycle in software development lifecycle (SDLC), and this hypothesis needs to be investigated. The purpose of this chapter is also to propose and brief the unique and new solution of the Resiliency Architecture model—risk management model as well as the architecture assessment model, knowledge sharing model and social collaboration model, which are related to the “Adaptive Integrated Digital Architecture Framework—AIDAF,” for the above crucial problems in Digital Transformation, in this chapter. As the results of Architecture Board reviews, the above solution of Resiliency Architecture model can show a practical guidance for companies that consider Resilience for Digital Transformation. Finally, the author verifies the above Resiliency Architecture model in the case study and clarifies the effective strategy elements to mitigate risks in Digital Transformation, to assist EA practitioners with realizing Digital IT strategies.
