This paper points out some conceptual developments supporting the project entitled Design of Classroom Proposals for Technology Teachers TrainingDTE-209-10, which is related to the technology concept, the educational purposes in technology field, some issues on teaching technology (i.e. do mains of representation and teaching/learning styles) as well as the role played by meta-cognition and reflection-in-action. Finally, the authors present a didactic proposal aimed at developing skills for designing, simulation, measurement, graphing and analysis of frequency response of a filter circuit, as part of a third course of electric circuits.
