In this chapter we describe the development of an integrated service for sexually abusive adolescents in England from its inception in October 1993, to the present. The service is based within the National Health Service, is staffed on a multidisciplinary basis, adopts an eclectic approach (albeit with a cognitive-behavioral bias), and sets out to integrate its service delivery with other relevant agencies, particularly social services. This development is described, problems identified, and resolution strategies discussed within a specific adolescent focus.
