Abstract

Audio watermarking is the process that imperceptibly watermarks the audio file with a specific watermark for the purpose of content authentication, data monitoring and tracking, and copyright protection. In histogram based algorithm watermark in text form is embedded by dividing histogram into different groups. Three bins are used to embed one bit. By modifying number of samples in bins bits are embedded. In the paper performance of histogram based audio watermarking technique is tested by applying different attacks such as low pass filtering , cropping, jittering, amplification etc. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
