Abstract

The concluding chapter addresses crosscutting and intersecting themes that occur throughout the volume. Digging deeper into the UN Human Rights declaration, this chapter gives particular attention to the ways in which higher education access and availability is mediated by conceptions of merit. Furthermore, higher education is discussed as not only a human right but also for human rights.
