Abstract
The konjac glucomannan(KGM)-based microcapsules were prepared in the technical process with the main membrane of KGM and the core of VE by piercing method. The morphology, particle size and its distribution, embedding rate and drug loading, encapsulation yield of microcapsules were analyzed by biologic photomicroscope, laser diffract instrument and the infrared spectrum. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
