Abstract

This paper presents the AIM@VET project, an educational initiative that aims to tackle equality on employment opportunities by means of the development of a reliable and accessible curriculum about Artificial Intelligence (AI) for pre-university students. The opportunities that AI will bring to future generations in terms of employment will be enormous, but it is very important to ensure that they are equal for all nations, independently of their economic level or social development. Policy makers are working hard in the development of education plans that include such AI training, but this process will take time. In the short-term, is necessary to face this issue to provide support to current generations of secondary school students. This is the main goal of the AIM@VET project that is detailed here.
