Abstract

The authors characterize the peculiarities of the modern processes of informatization and information technologies in management and determine the factors that hinder their innovational development; show the meaning of information systems for administrative and economic management in the conditions of creation of integrated information space; substantiate the necessity for legal regulation of application of automated systems against the background of current integration of the tasks of long-term planning and operative adapted management of spheres, territories, companies, and organizations.
