Abstract

Creative Processes Involved While Music is Being Listened to and Composed. It is well known that human creativity influences the organization of music, and that individual differences of creative behavior in music exist. Numerous studies have been carried out to investigate aspects of creativity, such as the link between creativity and cognition, developmental aspects of creativity, creative personalities, creative production abilities, definitions of musical creativity, educational strate- gies for musical creativity, etc. However, most of these studies only deal with par- ticular aspects, and relatively little work has been carried out to assess creativity in music in a systematic way.
