Perilaku Sosial Ketetanggaan dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Penataan Ruang Luar Rumah Tinggal

Abstract

Social behavior occurs in social situations, namely, the way people think, feel, and act because of the presence of others and also as an attitude of needing others. Individual social behavior will be displayed when interacting with others, and each individual will develop certain response patterns. Then the neighbor's social behavior can be understood as a way of thinking, feeling, and acting individually because of the presence of neighbors around them, which is indicated by the interaction. Individual response patterns because the presence of neighbors needs space to be able to accommodate various response patterns so as to enable such interactions to occur. Formal housing designs tend to emphasize how to create a series of houses arranged in a homogeneous form. The phenomenon that occurs is that even though the house has been ideally made physically, formal housing residents still change the shape of the house both inside and outside the home. This raises the question of whether the social behavior of neighbors is one of the things that causes the arrangement in the space outside his home? Therefore it is necessary to conduct research to find out how the social behavior of the neighbors and whether it influences the arrangement of the outdoor space of their living house.
