Abstract

This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: The goal of this updated systematic review is to determine whether discectomy with fusion or discectomy with arthroplasty provides the best clinical, functional, and radiological outcomes, with the least adverse effects, for patients with symptomatic single level cervical degenerative disc disease.
