Laboratory experiment for the servo motor is set up to demonstrate and study the characteristics of the implemented PID controller system. The motor’s controller output is affected by the backslash. We eliminate the backslash by using the backslashing gear for the dc motor. The gearbox of the motor can be of any selection ratio for use. The joystick is used to jack in the input voltage reference signal to the motor plant.
