Abstract

Cholera modeling for prediction Cholera state is the research topic is specially considered by researchers. An experimental frame for Cholera modeling based on using data mining techniques is showed in this paper. In the Data Preparation Phase, two versions of data presentation and a solution for feature selection are considered. Moreover, both cases of two-value Cholera state and three-value Cholera state also investigated. Experimental results show that the global presentation is better than the local presentation, F1 measures are between 0.79 and 0.86, and the target variable has correlation with climate condition variables in some cases.
