Abstract

Crohn's disease is a preferential field for the application of MR enteroclysis. Multiple pulse sequences may offer different kind of information that can be intergraded to provide an overall view of mucosal, mural, and extramural abnormalities associated with the disease and complementary information about disease activity and complications (Gourtsoyiannis et al. 2000, 2002; Umschaden et al. 2000; Gourtsoyiannis and Papanikolaou 2008).
