Abstract

Aerobics teaching is more practical, with complex movements, multiple changes, and strong composites. Therefore, it is necessary to use certain auxiliary teaching methods in the teaching process. In the new era, the emergence of intelligent computer-aided teaching systems has better played the role of demonstrating movements and can also be used as an auxiliary teaching method to provide students with all aspects of help. The application of intelligent computer-aided teaching system in aerobics teaching adapts to the needs of curriculum reform. Diversified teaching methods are extremely rich the content of teaching, stimulates students’ interest in learning, satisfies the individualized and diversified needs of the curriculum itself, better plays the role of aerobics teaching in the modern teaching system, and promotes the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality.
